They were right when they said this was a cross between Forever Knight, Angel & City Hunter. Well, with some Interview in there. Also, there are some slight Yaoi implications. Onegai Teacher^ 13? 12 Series - A+ sub I was so satified with these series, it's kinda of Hana Yori Dango is, but the perfect ending, at least I think so. The realationship in gerenal is kind of strange to begin with though. These anime is cute, is made me laugh, it made me cry & it made me smile. (172) (S)Otaku no Video* 2 2 Mockumenty – A sub This was a fab anime on otaku. I think it describes me to a point, althought I need to keep it up & maybe someday I will make my very own OtakuLand! (184) Pilot Candidate for Goddess 26? 6 Series – B+ dub This seems like it will be a good one, although I would like to see it subbed...very intriguing. More as I can see it. This is nice until your fave character dies! Pita Ten^ 26 1 Series - A sub CUTE CUTE CUTE. Don't even know where to begin, similiar to Schugar. (185) Pocket Monsters 270? >26? Series – C dub I saw one ep raw while I was in Japan, it was actually good, I like it better that way. Especially because I go to here Shin'ichirou sama as Kojiro. & they use enough more simple Japanese that I could understand what was going on. Movie 1 The 1st Movie – B+ dub Movie 2 Movie 3 Movie 4 Princess Nine ? 4 Series - B+ sub Not bad for being about a sport. & the dub is actually pretty funny. (197) Project A-ko - - Movie 1 2 3 – B dub Puni Puni Poemi^ 2 2 OVA - A- sub This is the spinoff of Excel Saga, just as strange. Very good anime. Being that it is only 2 episodes, not much happened, but it was still very humorous. I liked the part after the credits. She is one kowaii nihonjin. (168)
RahXephon 26? 3 Series - A sub You can't say this is trying to be EVA, that won't work. It has a couple of things that reminds me of it, but they are not trying to be like EVA, so get that idea out of your head. From the few episodes I've seen of this, it rocks. It's confusing at 1st, but then they start to bring things into focus. If you like anime on the more trippy side, I suggest this one. (204) Ranma 1/2* ? >25? The Paper is a sub teacher, but also works for the government. She is suppose to help hold on to this rare book, but she eventually loses it. The great thing is she reads almost all the time. The new stuff, won't have the same characters, but the same idea & it's but the same person, called something like Read or Dream. Read or Dream...I don't know if this is an anime yet, but I know that's where it will be going. Recca no Honno^ 41 19? Series – A- sub Recca is an average kid living with his dad & hanging with his friends, until he finds out that he came from the past & has the power to use fire from his hands. For some reason this one reminds me of TV Kenshin. It’s still pretty good though, enjoyable characters. Record of the Lodoss War* Series sub 26 1 OVA – A- sub & dub 12 12 Reign: The Conqueror* 13 5 Series - A sub/dub Either language is good. Amused by both the voices of Alexander the great. That's who this anime is about. & yes I would & do call this anime, mainly because of the orginal language & half the key workers were Japanese...I do like the opening song better in Japanese though, I like the English one, just not as the opening. The best part of this for me is that fact that it's in the style of Aeon Flux, I love that show too. (196) Robot Carnival* - - Movie – A- dub This was made in 1988. Ronin Warriors ? >20? Series – A- dub Ruin Explorers* 4 4 OVA – A- dub Rurouni Kenshin 95 16 Series – B+ sub I had a problem watching this because I was spoiled, I saw the OVAs 1st & I like those better…because of that, I find the series to be very childish & not as good. I’m not saying don’t watch this one; just remember to watch it 1st. OVA – A+ sub I was blown away by these...it had everything that I was looking for, especially the action, it bleeds that. Very, VERY well done. One of my fave to watch & it has some history in it. But what I like is a young Kenshin, on his killing spree! It’s all about the battlin’ baby. Seisouhen OVA* – A+ sub This was so awesome, I can’t even begin to Explain. It had some recap moments, the drawing style was fabulous, like the 1st OVAs & what was going on was so heart renching, half the time I spent crying.
